You will work closely with a small, collaborative team to maintain a

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage regulatory reporting for OSHA, EPA, IEPA, and other relevant
- Maintain permits, compliance records, and reporting accounts
- Conduct safety audits and facility inspections
- Coordinate inspections with vendors and inspectors
- Maintain employee safety programs and training records
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Perform hands-on safety tasks on the production floor
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in safety, environmental
- 13 years of experience with OSHA/EPA compliance in a manufacturing
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in both office and production floor environments
- Willingness to learn company-specific reporting systems
- Work closely with a small, collaborative team
- Day shift, MondayFriday schedule
- No travel required
