Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Morning Cleaner / Porter / Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in preparing our restaurant for daily service by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment across both front and back of house, while supporting the kitchen team with basic prep tasks.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep and mop floors, wipe surfaces, and maintain overall cleanliness
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently
• Keep dish and kitchen areas organized and stocked
• Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries
• Assist the chef and kitchen team with basic food preparation
• Take out trash and recycling
• Support deep cleaning and organizational tasks as needed
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work independently and stay on task
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required
