Salary From: $75,000 Annually
Section 2: Position Purpose
The Graphic Designer is a member of the Administration leadership team and reports to the VP, Web & Digital Experience to sup-port Inperium, Inc. and its affiliates. The Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting with promoting, advertising and marketing the organization(s) and its programs through visual content, brand graphics and web support.
Section 3: Major Responsibilities
- Design compelling, creative, and on-brand materials for multiple marketing platforms, including web, slide deck presentations, print, video, email and social media
- Align with and contribute to brand style guides of Inperium, Inc. and its affiliates
- Assist with brand development, event planning and advertising, rebranding and maintenance as needed
- Gather and document design requirements from stakeholders, including executives from brand and marketing departments, affiliate leaders, independent contractors, copywriters, and other team members
- Facilitate concept and design review sessions for feedback and approval by the VP, Web & Digital Experience and relevant stakeholders
- Work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment
- Independently manage design projects to deliver excellent work on time, on budget, and within scope
Section 4: Job Qualifications and Competencies
Education and Experience:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two to three years of design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Intermediate proficiency in Figma, motion graphics, and video editing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of creative design, layout and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision to manage numerous tasks with competing deadlines
- Strong team player, tenacious and conscientious
- Up-to-date with marketing best practices and social media trends
- Ability to analyze problems and creatively suggest solutions to business requirements
