Pay: $18.30 – $19.30/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Residential Support Specialists (DSPs) in Jackson, NJ. In this role, you will provide hands-on support, guidance, and mentorship to men with disabilities in a residential setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living skills: cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, shopping, and maintaining healthy routines
- Provide support with hygiene, personal care, and basic medical needs
- Encourage social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement
- Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Consent to state and federal criminal background checks
- Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD
- Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training
