Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Part-Time
Location: Hopewell, NJ
Pay: $16.70/hr | $17.70/hr weekends
Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at our Hopewell location. In this role, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to residents while helping them develop the skills needed for greater independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents with daily living skills, including cooking, housekeeping, shopping, budgeting, and healthy routines

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and basic medical needs

• Promote social skills, coping strategies, and community involvement

• Mentor residents in building friendships and increasing autonomy

• Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• 18 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Consent to state and federal criminal background checks

• Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD

• Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training
