Section 2: Position Purpose
The Day Services Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to day services programs by assisting with billing, utilization tracking, compliance activities, and coordination with internal departments. This role supports accurate service delivery, fiscal accountability, and access to services through collaboration with program leadership, Revenue Cycle Management, and Admissions, while maintaining required documentation and records. The Day Services Coordinator contributes to efficient program operations and quality service delivery in alignment with organizational standards and values.
Section 3: Major Responsibilities
- Tracks and processes Organized Health Care Delivery System (OHCDS) payments to vendors using accounts payable, including but not limited to families, UBER, SEPTA, LANTA, PRT
- Enters OHCDS billing into the electronic health record (EHR).
- Tracking unit utilization for all-day services in assigned programs.
- Track day service staff training.
- Support compliance projects as assigned.
- Act in partnership with Revenue Cycle Management, performing weekly checks on ready-to-bill encounters for day services.
- Support individuals in Benefits Counseling services.
- Track day service referrals and interface with the Admissions team.
- Completes all other duties as requested by either the Senior Director of Employment and Day Services or the Community and Day Services Manager.
- Occasional evening and weekend work, occasional overnight travel.

Job Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) certification
- CWIC certification within 12 months of hiring
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proof of active car insurance.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong ability to manage processes and organization
- Strong ability to analyze information
- High level of professionalism
