What You'll Do
As an Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant, you'll provide administrative support while coordinating psychiatric evaluations, medication management documentation, scheduling, and office operations.
Your responsibilities may include:
Administrative Support
Prepare, process, and maintain psychiatric evaluations and medication management documentation.
Organize, scan, and maintain confidential client records.
Create reports, update spreadsheets, and assist with office projects.
Verify insurance eligibility and collect requested records.
Client & Provider Coordination
Coordinate client entry into telehealth psychiatric appointments.
Schedule and reschedule appointments for providers.
Answer phone calls and respond professionally to client inquiries.
Support psychiatrists during sessions by documenting services and completing required paperwork.
Office Operations
Maintain efficient office workflows and administrative processes.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Attend required trainings and team meetings.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

π Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma required
Associate degree preferred
Experience
Two or more years of relevant administrative experience preferred
One or more years of customer service experience preferred
Experience with records management is a plus
Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software
Knowledge of office procedures, filing systems, and administrative practices
Strong organizational and time management skills
