Note: Construction experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
o Support project management staff by completing task-driven deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
o Input data and records into tracking systems and project management tools while ensuring data integrity.
o Communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform project support tasks including (but not limited to):
o Sending easement requests, contracts and invoices.
o Confirming receipt of payments and executed agreements.
o Checking project status, dependencies, and communicating updates.
o Generating stathealth reports for stakeholders.
o Processing customer submittals and routing to appropriate teams.
o Sending and receiving project-related documents, designs, and updates.
o Participate in project status calls and present updates.
o Perform ad-hoc reviews and generate ad-hoc reports as requested by leadership.
Qualifications:
o High School Diploma or equivalent.
o 2 years analytical experience reviewing and interpreting data sets.
o 2 years project coordination or project management experience.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
o Utility industry experience preferred.
o Experience using database software (Access, SAP, or equivalent).
o Strong customer service and communication skills; role is customer-facing.
o Position is task-oriented and focused on project support.
