Salary range: $51.54/hr to $74.17/hr max -Final offered salary will be based on the individual candidate''s experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in healthcare industry
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Payer Contracting, with at least 3 years of experience with value based contracting terms
- Extensive Project Management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of legal, business, and insurance operation principles
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
