Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and assembly of heat exchanger components
- Support machine operations, including furnaces, fin machines, welding equipment, and stackers
- Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Perform basic inspections to ensure product quality standards are met
- Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Assist with packaging and preparing orders for shipment
- Cross-train and work in multiple departments as needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-12 hours)
- Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- Industrial manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
