What You’ll Do
As a key driver of our expansion, you’ll:
- Identify and win new business in Power Generation, Data Centers, Defense, Rail & Locomotive, and Oil & Gas.
- Develop and execute market strategies for both emerging and established sectors.
- Build lasting relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- Leverage insights to understand customer needs and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to deliver tailored solutions.
- Own the pipeline—manage CRM, forecast accurately, and maintain a strong 12-month outlook.
- Represent our brand at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years in Business Development or Sales Management.
- Proven success as a hunter—you know how to break into new markets and exceed targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience
- Selling technical products into target industries.
- Established networks in engineering and procurement.
- Familiarity with heat transfer technologies (radiators, oil coolers, HVAC, etc.).
- Solid understanding of engine cooling and thermal management systems.
