Are you an experienced Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while driving end-to-end product delivery?
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Product Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirements management, product backlog ownership, roadmap planning, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with US-based clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with US clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and product objectives.
Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and product discovery sessions.
Define product roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Own and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and business process modeling.
Create BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
Work closely with development, architecture, QA, and business teams throughout delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support SIT, UAT, and production validation.
🔹 Mandatory Skills
✅ 10 years of Business Analysis experience
✅ Strong experience working directly with US clients and stakeholders
✅ Requirements gathering, elicitation, and management
✅ Product roadmap planning and backlog prioritization
✅ Epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
✅ Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence
✅ Stakeholder management and excellent communication
✅ BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and workflow analysis
✅ Gap analysis, impact analysis, and requirements traceability
🔹 Good to Have
Healthcare domain experience: Claims, Membership, Provider, or Eligibility
Data & Analytics, SQL, data mapping, and data warehousing
Azure DevOps and product management exposure
Wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Visio
SAFe Agile, CBAP, or Scrum certifications
