Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities by supporting the PMO Manager, managing project onboarding, schedules, and quality assurance across multiple teams using SDLC and hybrid Agile methodologies.
- Monitor and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions), track project progress, and ensure timely mitigation of project risks and concerns.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and maintain accurate project records using Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, resource planning, deliverable quality, and successful execution of large-scale technology projects.
- Provide proactive administrative and operational support by managing office activities, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced project environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required
