Job Description
- Experience in analysing business processes & requirements Collection and Management.
- Ability to conducting client and user interviews, focus groups, and observations, creating detailed journey maps for current and desired future journeys.
- Experience in collaborating with technical SMEs to identify technical solutions.
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
