Location: 2491 Industrial Court, Highland, IL 62249
ApexNetwork Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate Payment Poster to join our team! With a patient-centered approach, we are recognized as one of Entrepreneur Magazine's top franchises. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately post all insurance and patient payments by line item
- Understanding the contract reimbursement rates that exist between ApexNetwork Physical Therapy and the insurance companies
- Ability to read and interpret an insurance explanation of benefits
- Basic understanding of facility secretary's role
- Ensure all payments are posted timely with a goal of zero errors
- Responsible for balancing daily deposits between practice management software and bank account(s)
