We’re looking to add two fun, organized, people-loving Part-Time Office Secretaries to our team to keep things running smoothly and our customers smiling.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Chatting with customers and answering calls (every call has a story!)
- Scheduling jobs and keeping our team on track
- Organizing records and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine
- Helping out with day-to-day office tasks
- Being the friendly voice that people remember
