- Own Budget Planning, Tracking & Optimization (OPEX Governance)
- Support budget planning cycles, including forecasting, allocation, and rebalancing of OPEX spend
- Track actual spend vs. budget and identify variances and optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial governance policies and approval processes
- Provide regular reporting and insights on budget utilization and efficiency
- Review, validate, and process partner claims in accordance with program requirements
- Ensure all claims are supported with proper documentation (invoices, proof of execution, etc.)
- Track claim status through approval lifecycle and resolve discrepancies
- Partner with stakeholders to drive timely submission, review, and payout
- Assist in execution of contracts, promotions, and incentive programs
- Ensure alignment between contract terms, budget allocation, and program delivery
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and program teams to operationalize agreements
- Monitor execution milestones and ensure compliance with financial commitments
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across programs (e.g., spend efficiency, claim volume, program ROI)
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and insights for stakeholders
- Analyze trends in partner activity, claims, and program outcomes
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve program effectiveness
- Financial analysis, budget management, operational execution, claims validation, data analysis, stakeholder management, process optimization, and strong data fluency (Excel, Power BI, financial systems, Partner Center tools)
