Traffic Manager

Our client, a leading brand in the retail industry, is seeking a Remote Traffic Manager with proven experience managing and trafficking high-volume digital media and content. This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity (40 hours per week) that will begin as soon as we identify the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure media packages are complete and accurate.
• Traffic digital media assets and manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously.
• Verify ad sizes, creative rotations, flighting schedules, and other assets prior to distribution.
• Develop and maintain timelines for assets across paid social, OLV, display, and paid search channels.
• Partner with external agencies to ensure deadlines are met and participate in weekly status calls.
• Provide detailed reports and campaign recaps to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Digital media trafficking experience is essential due to the fast-paced nature of the role.
• Solid understanding of ad sizes, ad types, and digital ad specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable working on a PC environment.
