We are seeking a Principal Test Systems Technical Lead Engineer to lead the design, integration, and deployment of advanced test systems for missile programs. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic lab setting, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of test environments that support software development, verification, and tactical deployment.

We are seeking a Principal Test Systems Technical Lead Engineer to lead the design, integration, and deployment of advanced test systems for missile programs. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for test system development and integration efforts.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Integrated Product Team Leaders (IPTLs) to define and meet program milestones.
- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through design, development, and deployment phases.
- Oversee technical execution, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and scope.
- Participate in and present at program gate reviews, Failure Review Boards (FRBs), and Change Control Boards (CCBs).
- Approve system changes and report key metrics to stakeholders.
- Define and delegate tasks, provide mentorship, and support team training.
- Travel to support system development, integration, and delivery (up to 20%).
- Deep understanding of system-level test environments across development and production.
- Experience collaborating across diverse engineering disciplines.
- Exposure to cutting-edge defense technologies and mission-critical systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in test systems engineering, including hardware and software integration, verification, and validation.
- Background in designing and deploying test equipment in production or qualification environments.
- Active and transferable U.S. Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
