Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and credit card payments.
- Handle cash accurately and balance transactions in a high-volume environment.
- Verify customer identity and review accounts for alerts, discrepancies, or potential fraud.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, products, and services.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional banking products based on customer needs.
- Use multiple banking systems to process transactions and document activity.
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Teller/Banker, cash-handling experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
