Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to coordinate and drive cross-functional technology initiatives. This role serves as a central point of coordination for strategic programs, governance activities, operational improvements, and executive reporting, enabling technical teams to remain focused on delivery and execution.

Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to coordinate and drive cross-functional technology initiatives. This role serves as a central point of coordination for strategic programs, governance activities, operational improvements, and executive reporting, enabling technical teams to remain focused on delivery and execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate enterprise technology initiatives related to security, compliance, infrastructure, governance, and operational improvements.
- Manage cross-functional programs involving security, risk management, compliance, audit readiness, and technology governance requirements.
- Drive planning, tracking, and execution of complex technology initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate project intake, prioritization, dependency management, and status reporting.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly program updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports.
- Coordinate approvals, reviews, and governance processes for technology projects, operational changes, and business initiatives.
- Track risks, issues, action items, and project milestones, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Establish and maintain program documentation, standards, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
- Partner with business and technical leaders to improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support organizational growth and scalability by driving program coordination and operational excellence.
- 5 years of Technical Program Management, PMO, Technology Operations, or related experience.
- Proven experience leading and coordinating complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
