Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support technical delivery and Agile execution within the banking domain. This role focuses on data technology solutions and requirements design. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data constructs, and experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements, and ensure successful delivery across financial systems. A hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite is required.
Key Responsibilities
The pay rate for this position is between $39.00 and $44.63 per hour. A benefits package may be available to eligible employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for banking and data technology initiatives.
- Support technical delivery teams by translating business needs into actionable specifications.
- Create and maintain JIRA boards, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and participate in ceremonies such as PI Planning and Sprint Reviews.
- Perform data analysis and validation.
- Experience as a business analyst with an understanding of the banking domain.
- Proficiency in the data technology space with an understanding of data constructs.
- Experience supporting technical delivery.
- Experience in Agile Methodology, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Confluence for documentation.
- Experience with data modeling and metadata management.
- Developed analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills.
