Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain low-code automation with Nexthink Flow
- Drive Design, Implementation, and Integrations with Nexthink to other platforms
- Daily usage of Powershell and senior level development capabilities
- Strong knowledge of API design, development, and integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams regularly to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Utilize ServiceNow for IT Service Management and Workflow Automation
- Implement chatbot solutions using Nexthink & Nexthink Spark
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Experience in IT Service Desk Operations
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Familiarity with chatbot technologies
