Role Overview
This position is for a Senior Business Analyst responsible for leading the development, evaluation, and implementation of business process initiatives. This role requires a professional with the ability to analyze complex business needs, translate ideas into structured processes, and support the adoption of improved operational practices. The Senior Business Analyst will identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and ensure business processes align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Experience: Candidates must have 10–15 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles, including demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process development and optimization initiatives.
Skills:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $45.00 to $55.00 per hour. The final pay rate will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
