In this contingent assignment, the Software Engineer will contribute to moderately complex engineering initiatives and participate in large-scale planning of deliverables. The role involves analyzing variable engineering challenges, resolving moderately complex issues, and collaborating with internal client engineering teams. The engineer will ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while contributing technical expertise across the full software development lifecycle. This position supports conversion to full-time and includes a structured multi-stage interview process.

- Utilize GenAI development tools including GitHub Copilot/Coding Agent, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin, and Cursor.
- Support architectural discussions and provide input based on 7 years of development and architecture experience.
- Optionally support AI Agent and MCP Server development (nice to have).
