Senior Manager Marketing Analytics

Location: Ocoee, Florida (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Permanent

Role Overview

We are seeking an insightful, data-driven, and collaborative Senior Manager of Digital Analytics to lead the strategy, implementation, and reporting of digital analytics across flagship hospitality and e-commerce websites. This role is responsible for developing and reporting on the digital analytics of the enterprise environment. The successful candidate will shape how data drives decisions around e-commerce performance, customer behavior, website optimization, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, management, and presentation of digital analytics insights to drive business decisions across marketing and e-commerce.
  • Oversee tagging structures, tracking plans, and measurement strategies to ensure accurate data collection across all sites and marketing channels.
  • Develop automated and ad-hoc dashboards and reporting for leadership, operational teams, and key business partners.
  • Lead project-based Google Analytics 4 (GA4) / GA 360 implementations, including adding new events and enhancing existing analytics.
  • Manage data from multiple tracking systems, organizing and filtering redundant data to provide clear insights.
  • Define key metrics, KPIs, and attribution models in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT, Business Intelligence, and marketing teams to support deeper analysis, new website implementations, and data clean-up efforts.
  • Handle most tagging operations independently for final URLs in campaigns.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in a digital analytics role, with a strong preference for experience in e-commerce, hospitality, or multi-site environments.
  • Proven ability to communicate with and present to senior leaders and executives.
  • Strong technical analytics background with expertise in Google Analytics (GA4/360) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience installing third-party tags using JavaScript and redoing tagging within an existing portal.
  • Demonstrated experience in reporting and data interpretation, including managing data from multiple sources and lead generation websites (e.g., web forms, phone calls).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in leading project-based GA4 / GA 360 implementations, including setting up tagging and creating events.
  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager for implementing and managing tags across different sites.
  • Knowledge of paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads), social analytics, and SEO performance tools.
  • Experience with analytics attribution models and revenue attribution challenges common in hospitality and e-commerce.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Looker Studio for building and working through reports.
  • Familiarity with Google BigQuery or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools.

Work Environment

This position is based in Florida and offers a hybrid work model, with an expectation of being in the office 1-2 times per week. The organization is flexible on the on-site requirement for the right candidate. The role requires limited travel, approximately 15% of the time.
