We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large, enterprise‑level application initiatives with one of our large energy clients. This role will oversee complex delivery efforts involving third‑party implementation partners and internal teams, while ensuring strong governance, schedule adherence, and executive‑level communication. The ideal candidate brings deep IT project management experience, comfort operating in both waterfall and agile development models, and a proven ability to manage high‑visibility programs with budgets up to $20M. Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project management activities including schedule management, RAID tracking, and governance
- Drive and participate in daily workshops, requirements sessions, and design reviews
- Manage coordination and dependencies across third‑party partners (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte) and internal stakeholders
- Utilize ServiceNow for project management activities including change requests, status reporting, and project logs
- During development phases:
- Facilitate daily standups
- Manage Azure DevOps (ADO) boards
- Track sprint execution, velocity, and delivery metrics
- Prepare and present weekly “Super Wednesday” status updates to VP‑level and executive leadership
- Ensure alignment to hybrid delivery methodology:
- Requirements and PM processes executed in waterfall
- Development delivered in 2‑week Agile sprints
- 8–10 years of IT Project Management experience
- Proven experience managing large, enterprise‑level application projects
- Hands‑on experience with one or more enterprise platforms such as:
- ServiceNow, Coupa, Oracle, IAM, or similar systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage large project budgets (up to ~$20M)
- Strong understanding and execution of hybrid PM environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Prior experience with ServiceNow SPM or Coupa implementations
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
- Background supporting initiatives in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, insurance)
