Sales Enablement Specialist
Location: Addison, Texas (Hybrid)
Contract: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $20 - $24/Hour
Role Overview
This is an entry-level operations and analytics-focused role supporting a key sales incentive program. The position has an even distribution of accounting functions and customer-facing responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, Excel, reporting, and process management. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the program and engage directly with partners.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates should possess a highly detail-oriented and operational mindset with a background in sales operations, sales enablement, incentives, billing, or reporting.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel is required, including the use of formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and comparing datasets. Experience with data cleanup, auditing, and reporting is necessary.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential for handling billing questions, explaining data to non-technical audiences, and working independently while following structured processes.

- Support the successful day-to-day operation of a global lead referral program.
- Manage the monthly incentive program process, including compiling and auditing billing reports.
- Ensure data accuracy through detailed monthly audits and reconciliation.
- Process end-of-month payouts and handle related inquiries.
- Execute responsibilities across both accounting and customer service functions.
- Maintain the program email inbox and provide support to end-users.
- Create and produce reports to assess overall program health.
- Manage the accuracy and quality of data across program databases and tools.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation for all administrative and auditing processes.
