An opportunity is available for an experienced CAD Technician with a focus on either Electrical or Mechanical systems. The successful candidate will join a dynamic MEP BIM team, contributing to complex and innovative data center facility projects. This role involves designing systems, creating and maintaining detailed BIM models using Revit, and ensuring designs meet project schedules and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design the mechanical, plumbing, or electrical systems for data centers.
- Utilize Revit to create, update, and maintain complex BIM models and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Participate in design coordination meetings to identify and resolve clashes with other trades.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant codes and safety regulations.
- Manage work on concurrent projects in multiple geographical locations.
- Assist the project team with information exchange processes between internal and external customers.
Experience:
- 2 years of design or engineering experience with Electrical or Mechanical/Plumbing building systems in mission-critical facilities.
- 2 years of experience using Revit to produce complex BIM models and construction drawings.
- Practical knowledge of codes and safety regulations related to the MEP industry.
- Experience directly related to data center design and construction.
- Experience with developing Revit Family content.
- Proficiency with software tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Dynamo, RF Tools, CTC Tools, and Procore.
