This role will focus primarily on UKG Pro Workforce Management support, including advanced scheduling, timekeeping, and timeclock/hardware support for multiple community locations and a corporate office. This person will help manage day-to-day user support needs so internal senior team members can focus on configuration, development, and larger transition work.

Job Description:
This role will focus primarily on UKG Pro Workforce Management support, including advanced scheduling, timekeeping, and timeclock/hardware support for multiple community locations and a corporate office. This person will help manage day-to-day user support needs so internal senior team members can focus on configuration, development, and larger transition work.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for UKG Pro WFM, specifically around scheduling, timekeeping, and clock support.
- Assist community users with scheduling workflows, reporting questions, troubleshooting, and system navigation.
- Resolve user questions through clear, patient communication via calls, email, and support channels.
- Partner with internal HCM/UKG leaders during a larger organizational transition and year-end migration effort.
- Hands-on experience supporting UKG Pro WFM / UKG Workforce Management.
- Strong experience with advanced scheduling, ideally in senior living, healthcare, care-based, or multi-site environments.
- Experience supporting timekeeping and troubleshooting end-user issues.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Experience with timeclock/hardware support.
- Exposure to UKG integrations, UKG Data Hub, or UKG Talk.
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospital, or hospitality environments.
