Recruiting Operations Program Manager

Location: San Francisco, California (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Interview Operations Program Manager to build and optimize our entire interview ecosystem. In this role, you will develop scalable systems, drive interviewer excellence, and leverage data insights to continuously improve hiring processes. You will own and formalize the end-to-end technical interview process to maintain a high-quality, scalable interviewing program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Recruiting Operations PMO to plan and manage capacity across the interview program, developing scalable processes and workflows.
  • Execute operational initiatives to improve program efficiency, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and lifecycle of interview content and modules.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to continuously improve interview materials.
  • Design and execute comprehensive onboarding, training, and development programs for interviewers.
  • Establish performance management processes including assessment frameworks and feedback mechanisms.
  • Partner with Recruiting Analytics to develop and maintain systems for tracking key interview metrics.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous optimization.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand evolving program needs.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on program performance.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Have 3-5 years in operations, program management, or recruitment operations roles with demonstrated impact.

Technical Skills: Proficient with data analytics, metrics development, and KPI tracking; comfortable building dashboards and extracting insights from data. Experience leveraging AI tools to build dashboards, intake forms, and presentations. Familiarity with recruiting platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, ModernLoop, GoodTime).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with recruiting operations or hiring process optimization in fast-growing technology companies.
  • Experience building analytics dashboards or using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Mode).
  • Knowledge of hiring bias mitigation and fair hiring practices, including structured interviewing techniques.
  • Experience with HRIS systems or recruitment platforms (e.g., Gem, Workday).
  • Background working in high-growth startups or scaling organizations.
