Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of the hiring process. The successful candidate will recruit, interview, check references, extend offers, and conduct orientation for new employees. This role requires the ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
Skills: Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $27.00 and $37.00 per hour.
