Quality and Release Management Engineer
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality and Release Management Engineer to support the rollout of a confidential device.
Responsibilities

Job Description:
Quality and Release Management Engineer
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality and Release Management Engineer to support the rollout of a confidential device.
Responsibilities
- Primary focus will be on identifying new bugs as opposed to reproducing known ones. We need a critical thinker who can map out potential UX scenarios
- Flash builds onto devices
- Write and execute test plans
- Validate builds and ensure quality standards
- Review telemetry data for performance and reliability
- Manage release promotion to executive users
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with software testing, QA, and release management
- Ability to write and execute test plans effectively
- Familiarity with telemetry review and bug identification
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Background in enterprise software environments- Microsoft experience highly preferred
- Experience with Office 365 or related productivity tools
- Experience with ADO
- Understanding of secure authentication technologies (e.g., Windows Hello)
- Familiarity with AI-based applications or Copilot features
- Temporary role requiring on-site presence two to three days per week
