Job Description:
- Candidate Location Requirements: Remote
- Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to implement a centralized supply chain planning system (SAP IBP) that replaces manual, Excel-driven processes, unifies data sources, and ensures efficient project execution through coordinated communication, issue resolution, and on-time delivery of key milestones.
- Key projects: This role will contribute to CapEx simplification initiatives.
- Disqualifiers: Candidates with no prior program/project management experience will not be eligible for the role.
- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain strong supply chain experience combined with prior system implementation expertise, along with demonstrated success driving cross-functional accountability and quickly resolving blockers. Candidates should be clear and concise communicators with strong follow-through, and previous Microsoft experience is preferred.
- Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP
- Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include one round with sponsor.
- Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have standard interview preparation prepared prior to the assessment.
