Program Manager – Portfolio Delivery
Location: Lisle, IL (Onsite 4 days/week)

We’re looking for a hands‑on Program Manager to drive execution across high‑visibility initiatives. This role is for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action, aligning teams, managing dependencies, and keeping complex work moving forward. You’ll operate at the program and portfolio level, partnering closely with delivery, product, and business leaders to ensure initiatives stay on track and deliver real outcomes.

- Program Manager or senior delivery leadership experience
- Proven success managing large, cross‑functional initiatives
- Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating above the team level
- Clear, confident communicator who drives alignment and momentum
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Enjoy bringing structure to complex work
- Like working closely with leaders and delivery teams
