- GK Retail POS, ACI ConnectUp, Allied Site Controllers
- Windows, with future plans to utilize Linux/OpenSUSE
- Verifone Engage M400/M425 and VHQ
- Gilbarco Insite360
- ACI TMS
- Support, troubleshoot, and maintain POS and store technology platforms.
- Design, test, deploy, and improve technical solutions. [IT_Enginee...escription | Word]
- Automate processes using PowerShell and Windows scripting. [IT_Enginee...escription | Word]
- Utilize SQL for troubleshooting, querying, and system support. [IT_Enginee...escription | Word]
- Support software deployments, upgrades, device rollouts, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology vendors to maintain a stable store environment. [IT_Enginee...escription | Word]
- 3 years of technical engineering or systems support experience. [IT_Enginee...escription | Word]
- Experience supporting retail, POS, payment, or distributed store technology.
- Strong PowerShell, Windows, and troubleshooting skills. [IT_Enginee...escription | Word]

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
