Job Description:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring operational excellence by managing critical processes, collaborating across departments, and driving continuous improvement. Plan, design, and implement hardware and software systems infrastructure, ensuring full deployment and functionality across platforms.
Lead small to mid-size project delivery, translating business needs into technical specifications and overseeing testing and deployment processes.
Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to execute configuration changes, manage integrations, and improve system designs.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot moderate to complex issues, applying creativity and judgment to achieve goals under general supervision.
Required skills: POS systems (NCR POS EX/Emerald), SQL, batch scripting, API knowledge, wireless Android apps, strong analytical and Excel skills, project management, and ability to work independently
Locations: Salisbury, NC or Mooresville, NC
Onsite expectation: Hybrid - 3 days onsite/ 2 days remote
Pay range: $33-$40/hr w2
