What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paid Search Analyst position at Apex Systems?
Our client is transitioning away from an agency model and building an in-house Paid Media team. They're seeking a Paid Search Analyst to manage campaigns hands-on in-platform, optimize performance, and help establish new ad accounts and processes. The role is 40 hours/week, starting this month, working for 3 months with a chance to convert full time. The role is also hybrid onsite 3 days a week in their Long Island City, NY office.
Responsibilities:
Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across major platforms
Create and manage new ad accounts; migrate assets from agency accounts
Monitor performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with Account Manager and internal teams to align on goals
Ensure campaigns meet budget and ROI targets
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing paid search campaigns hands-on
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and other search platforms
Experience with large budgets and performance optimization
Industry experience in travel or retail preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
