Oracle ERP (FCCS) - SME - W2

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP Consultant with deep expertise Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service). The ideal candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle FCCS and collaborate closely with business partners and technical teams to deliver robust financial solutions. Candidates that apply must have extensive FCCS experience has completed 1 fully (end to end) implementation.

This role is a long term contract, hybrid onsite 3 days a week in either Plano, TX OR Jersey City, NJ.

This is a W2 only role - Rate: $70-$80/hr. W2

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for Oracle FCCS, providing guidance and best practices for financial consolidation and close processes.
• Lead and support end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of Oracle ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical teams, to design, configure, and optimize Oracle ERP modules.
• Provide functional and technical expertise in Oracle GL, FCCS, and PBCS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle ERP applications.
• Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• 7 -10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP systems.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in:
• Oracle General Ledger (GL)
• Oracle FCCS
• Oracle PBCS
• At least one full-cycle implementation in FCCS is mandatory.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business partners and technical teams.
