NOC Specialist (TS/SCI)
Apex Systems hiring for a TS/SCI NOC Specialist with a large Dept. of Defense client supporting INSCOM (U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command) on-site in Charlottesville, VA!
Position requires a currently active, DoD-issued Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Performing network monitoring, operations, and routine maintenance.
- Supporting end users with hardware/software needs and training.
- Applying updates, patches, and preventative maintenance for systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues using automated tools.
- Assisting with minor system tasks and field service support.
- Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience, or Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience, or 9 years of experience without higher education
- CompTIA Security certification (or any DoD IAT Level II equivalent and higher will be accepted)
- Perform STIGs & IAVA implementation for system devices, perform imaging of systems, CERP replacement, etc.
- Ability to interact with customers on a daily basis providing guidance and procedures concerning account requests, e-mail, home directories, file access/storage, local procedures, etc. as required to ensure mission success
- Perform Level I/II Active Directory functions such as unlocking accounts, creating and issuing accounts, etc.
