Project Description:
- Infrastructure and Network Monitoring: Proactively monitor infrastructure and network, responding appropriately to alerts and events.
- Incident Management: Handle incidents from triage through resolution, including necessary escalations.
- Infrastructure Repairs: Coordinate and direct remote activities to maintain operational effectiveness for services.
- Root Cause Analysis: Provide thorough root cause analysis documentation in line with Government procedures.
- Data Center Support: Offer support for data center operations as needed.
- Shift Documentation: Record daily shift activities in reporting and ticketing tools, ensuring proper handover of any outstanding issues.
- Incident Notification: Notify Government representatives of incidents as required.
