We are seeking a highly motivated Product/Project Manager to support our Contracting and Mortgage Receivables technology ecosystem. This role sits at the center of our timeshare contracting operations, partnering closely with Accounting, IT, and Executive Leadership to ensure the systems that power our contracts, payments, and legal documentation run smoothly and continue to evolve.
This is an opportunity to step into a critical function that touches nearly every part of the business. You’ll manage projects, support modernization efforts, and work directly with senior leaders while gaining deep exposure to financial systems, mortgage servicing workflows, and enterprise‑level technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Operational Management
- Manage assigned software development projects across contracting, mortgage receivables, and related financial systems.
- Review incoming tickets from the triage queue and route them to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure business analyst tickets progress through the workflow efficiently.
- Participate in bi‑weekly priority meetings with the CFO and collaborate with the VP of Accounting and other senior stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and project artifacts using Jira and Confluence.
- Support task management and operational oversight as the team continues to scale.
- Work daily in SQL to extract data, write queries, and translate/convert data as needed.
- Understand relational database structures and how they support contracting and mortgage servicing processes.
- Support reporting and contract entry workflows built on Oracle data.
- Collaborate with developers working on both legacy (PL/SQL, Oracle) and modern applications, including RESTful API integrations.
- Contribute to long‑term modernization efforts as legacy systems transition into new technologies (e.g., Java‑based platforms).
- Develop a strong understanding of mortgage receivables, payment flows, escrow, accounting processes, legal documentation, and contract lifecycle management.
- Work with internal teams on systems such as eProposal, eDocs, eSign, and other contracting‑related applications.
- Partner with a wide range of stakeholders across Accounting, IT, Contracting, and Executive Leadership.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager supporting software development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries, including joins.
- Solid grasp of basic accounting principles and comfort working with financial data.
- Proven ability to collaborate with large stakeholder groups, prioritize competing initiatives, and communicate effectively with C‑suite leaders.
- Highly proactive, organized, and eager to take ownership of tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Background with Oracle or other financial systems.
- Exposure to mortgage servicing, contracting systems, or financial operations.
- Someone who is curious, resourceful, and eager to grow into broader responsibility.
