This role focuses on independently sourcing and identifying talent pipelines for critical roles within the Legal and Public Policy domains. The ideal candidate will calibrate with hiring teams to understand specific profiles and build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to fill open positions. A high degree of creativity, latitude, and judgment is expected to plan and accomplish goals.

The pay rate for this position is $45.00 to $55.00 per hour.

- Independently source and identify talent pipelines for legal and public policy roles.
- Specialize in sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates.
- Calibrate with hiring teams to understand candidate profiles and position requirements.
- Build and maintain pipelines of quality candidates to fill open positions.
- Perform a variety of recruitment-related tasks, relying on experience and judgment.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all candidate and team interactions.
- 8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field is required.
- Candidates must have dedicated experience in legal recruiting and deep experience specifically in sourcing,
- Examples: Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Case Clerk, General Counsel, Associate Attorney, Meditator, Arbitrator, Attorney etc.
- Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the legal recruiting field.
- Strong Legal sourcing experience, full cycle is also good, but this role will focus more on sourcing Legal candidates.
- Strong communication and professionalism
The pay rate for this position is $45.00 to $55.00 per hour.
