- Perform connect/patch work to ensure proper equipment setup and network functionality.
- Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes for defective or outdated hardware.
- Mount new equipment and assist with hardware installations and configurations.
- Prior experience in a lab or technical support environment preferred.
- Familiarity with basic networking and hardware setup.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexible part time scheduling
