Role: IT Technical Support

Rate: 21hr

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Location: Tampa, FL 33612

Details:

Looking for an IT Tech Support for a Desktop role. Will be onsite Monday – Friday. Standard Desktops responsibilities to include Active Directory, SCCM, Windows Support. A little bit of Apple/Mac in environment. Strong communication and Customer Service experience required, as this is an onsite role working in person with individuals.

Required:

3 years min with IT/Desktop

Active Directory

Network Support – WiFi, port connectivity, LAN, etc

Good communication and strong customer service (working on location)
