Core Responsibilities
- Computer Systems Quality Documentation: Create and maintain documentation aligned with regulatory and Info Sec standards
- Computer Systems Validation (CSV): Author and execute protocols, IVI, SOP.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with infrastructure, Info Sec, and compliance teams to ensure audit-readiness.
- Preferred experience in Network Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues
- Windows: Server/Desktop, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell
- Experience with ticketing (ServiceNow, JIRA) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, SNMP
- Validation Tools: Document control systems, change management workflows
- Familiarity with ITIL, GMP Regulations
- Experience in regulated industries preferred but not required
- Experience with Intune System Administration, or other related tools
- Basic Ubuntu System Administration Experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
- Excellent written communication for documentation
- Self-starter with ability to work across teams
