Our clients Information Systems Team is currently seeking Depot Service Rep for their Corporate Office located in Bolingbrook IL. The Depot Service Rep will be a member of a talented, dispersed support team.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive defective mobile devices from shipping and check into system, test and validate received unites, configure and test unites, ship effective units back to stores. Also responsible for inventory management for stores.
OTHER DUTIES:
Administrative (tracking inventory, updating data, email communication)
SKILLS:
Technical knowledge, troubleshooting, customer service, phone communication
