- Communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, and facilitate synchronization points across teams.
- Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables.
- Manage project risk and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Deliver project status updates, executive summaries, governance artifacts, and financial reports.
- Drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring all people, process, and technology deliverables are managed on time and with high quality.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization to support multiple project deliverables to completion.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in technology delivery and project management tools, including JIRA and PPRT.
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC practices, DevOps, and SAFe Agile.
- Experience with project status reporting.
- Familiarity with financial management within a project context.
- Expertise in enterprise change standards and a focus on execution and overall project health.
- Skills in collaboration, result orientation, and stakeholder management.
- Competencies in analytical thinking, business acumen, influence, and risk management.
- Prior experience with specific enterprise change standards is a plus.
