The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating and updating learning content across multiple formats (eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, videos, microlearning, and job aids), working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure materials are accurate, current, and aligned to defined learning objectives and business priorities.

Certification & Partner Learning
- Build training materials that help partners understand client system value proposition and product offerings
- Create role-based learning experiences for external audiences aligned to defined learning objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing and Partnerships, to keep external certification content accurate and up to date
- Design and develop learning content across multiple modalities, including eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, videos, microlearning, and job aids
- Apply instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles to create clear, engaging, learner-friendly experiences
- Build supporting materials such as assessments, knowledge checks, guides, infographics, and performance support tools that reinforce key concepts
- Update and revise existing learning content based on feedback, product changes, and stakeholder input
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy of certification materials
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and learners to improve content quality and learner experience
- Follow established templates, standards, and processes to ensure consistency across certification and partner learning materials
