Overview:
We're seeking a highly experienced Mainframe Systems Engineer to support a specialized integration initiative within the Umbrella application, a highly technical platform built on Hogan systems. This is a flexible, part-time or full-time contract role with remote work options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical efforts to enhance the Umbrella app's interface with Zafin, enabling batch, online, and real-time data exchange.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendor partners
- Provide deep expertise in Hogan systems and mainframe architecture to support integration and performance optimization.
- Act as a technical liaison with stakeholders
- Offer strategic input and hands-on support for system design, testing, and deployment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Hogan mainframe systems.
- Strong background in systems engineering and application integration.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across remote teams.
- Familiarity with Zafin is a plus, but not required-ideal candidates are preferred if they bring this experience.
